These terms govern your use of wannaplaygolf.com (the "Site"), operated by Mariah Marketing LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. Buying a film is governed by the License Terms and the purchase terms, which control if they conflict with these.

What the Site is

The Site shows sample flyover films of golf holes and lets you order a licensed film of your course. The films are AI-made depictions built from public terrain and map data. No drones were flown and no filming took place. Course names identify the place shown; we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any course shown, and no course has approved these films unless an order says so in writing.

Using the Site

You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not download, copy, record, re-host, frame, or redistribute the films or stills from the Site, scrape the Site, interfere with it, or use it to break any law. Sample films on the Site are for viewing only; any other use needs a license.

Our content

The films, text, design and code on the Site belong to us or our licensors. Hole routes © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License, openstreetmap.org/copyright.

No guarantees

The Site and the sample films are provided as is. They are best-effort AI renderings; we do not guarantee that anything shown is actual, accurate, complete or current. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the Site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Third parties

Films are delivered through bunny.net and payments through Stripe. Their terms apply to their services.

Changes and contact
