License Terms

Effective October 28, 2026 · applies to every film we sell

1. What you get

A license to use the flyover video files you ordered. This is not a sale; the files stay ours. The license is non-exclusive: we may license the same or similar films to others. Scope is set on your order: one hole, one course, or one state. Hole and course licenses are cinematic films only (720p or 1080p). Reference renders are licensed only with a whole-state license.

All content is AI-generated from public terrain and map data. No drones were flown and no filming was done. Course names identify the place shown; we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any course, and no course has approved the films unless your order says so in writing.

A license covers video files only. No course lists, coordinates, routes or other map data are delivered unless the order says so in writing. Any map data delivered that is derived from OpenStreetMap comes under the Open Database License 1.0, not these terms, and nothing here restricts your rights in that data.

2. Hosting

You host the files. We deliver downloadable video files and provide no hosting, embedding, streaming or uptime commitment.

3. Price and payment

Cinematic Course Film, every hole of one course: $3,500 (1080p) or $3,200 (720p). Three to seven courses, 7% off each; eight or more, 11% off each. Single holes $450 (1080p) or $400 (720p). Statewide annual licenses are priced by proposal. A 50% deposit is due when you order, by the Stripe card link we send. The balance is due before the files are released. No license is granted until the balance clears.

4. Delivery

Delivery is within 7 calendar days of the deposit clearing, by download link to the email given at order, released on payment of the balance.

5. Permitted use

You may use the films to market the licensed course, property or community: its website, social channels, listings, signage, presentations, and non-exclusive display on screens at your own premises. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the files as standalone content, claim ownership of them, add course logos we did not supply, or extract, trace, digitize or otherwise derive map, route, coordinate or geometry data from them.

Credit. Keep this line on every clip and every use: "Hole routes © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License, openstreetmap.org/copyright". Online, it may go in the description with a link; where there is no description, including in-venue display, it must appear on screen, legible, long enough to be read. For in-venue display the course name may appear only as a plain caption, and each clip must carry: "Not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by [Course]. Course name used for identification only."

6. Term

Hole and course licenses run for the term stated on your order. Statewide licenses are yearly, renewed by agreement.

7. Refunds

Full refund of the deposit if we cannot deliver to the agreed standard before delivery. After delivery, refunds are given only for late or defective delivery, reported promptly.

8. What is not promised

The films are AI-generated depictions made with best effort and provided as is. We do not guarantee that anything shown is actual, accurate, complete or current, and these terms make no claim about the rights status of any underlying imagery or map data. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license concerned.
