Mariah Marketing LLC, 15560 N Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd, Suite B4-7254, Scottsdale, AZ 85260, operates wannaplaygolf.com. This policy says what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you browse: our hosting provider (Vercel) and video delivery provider (bunny.net) receive your IP address, browser type and the pages or clips you request, as every web server does, to deliver the Site and keep it secure. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

When you subscribe: the email address you give us, and the date you gave it.

When you order: your name, course, email, phone and billing details. Card details go to Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.

What we do with it

Deliver the Site and your films, send you the newsletter you asked for, answer your enquiries, process payments and keep records the law requires. We do not sell your information and we do not share it except with the providers named above, to the extent they need it to do their job, or when the law requires.

Keeping and deleting

Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Email Brent@tigerclaw.io to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to unsubscribe; every newsletter also carries an unsubscribe link.

Children

The Site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy by posting a new version here with a new effective date.
